During the following Holidays and Special Events, holiday rates and a 3 night minimum (with the exception of July 4th - see below)

stay will be in effect. 

group rates are subject to holiday rates and minimum night stay.

• Memorial Day Weekend (May)
• Independence Day (July 4th week) *4 NIGHT MINIMUM* through the weekend of July 4th - no exceptions 

  • Labor Day Weekend (September)
• Columbus Day Weekend (October)
 

Minimum Night Stay: We have a minimum night stay of two nights between the period of May 1 thru October 15th (foliage season)

You will be charged for the entire minimum night stay requirement for holiday weekends regardless of how many nights you can physically stay.  

 

Additional occupant fees: all cottages rated on a double or family of four occupancy.  The rates above are rated based on renting for two nights.  We will rent for one night (upon availability and not in peak season), but the rate will be higher than what is listed here.  

The Albarelli House is  4-5 people maximum.  

 

Children under 6 - Free
Children 12 & under – $5.00 each per night.
Adults & Teenagers – $20.00 each per night.
Pets (see pet policy) - $75 per stay (one bedroom cottage) $90 per stay (two bedroom cotage

Early Arrivals (if possible) - $50.00

Visitor Fees for Cottages

Day Visitiors - $5.00/per person  

Please let the office know if you are expecting visitors

 

Check-in time is between the hours of 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm.  if you are going to be later than 9:00 pm please let us know so that we can explain our late arrival procedure.  Earlier check in times may be available, please call first.  

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. - late checkout is possible for an additional fee based on availability. Check at the office.  

 

MasterCard, Visa, Discover & AmEx are accepted

All rates are quoted in U.S. funds.

All cottages are non-smoking.

CLEANING & DAMAGE

Damage - We inspect each cottage before and after your stay. Should we find any unreported damages, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file.

• We expect you to leave the cottage as you found it by washing your dishes, emptying the refrigerator, closing windows, shutting off lights, and double checking for personal items (especially phone chargers). We are not responsible for items left behind. We do not expect you to strip the beds. Please leave the key on the kitchen table or counter.  Please double check that you do not bring the key home with you.  

• The cottages are expected to be left in good clean condition upon your check out - if it is not an additional cleaning fee of a minimum $50 -$200 will be charged to your credit card - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Housekeeping

Cottage units include all the linens and a supply of towels for your stay however, no daily linen or cleaning service is provided. Housekeeping service can be provided for an additional charge. We do not freshen up towels - a complimentary first set is provided at the beginning of your stay.  If you wish to have more towels there is a fee for them.  

 

Pet Policy
Well-behaved, clean, pest-free pets are welcome at an additional charge but we must limit it to 2 pets per unit. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the cottage while you are away.  If you do go away and need to leave the dog, the dog must be crated.  Excessive barking will not be tolerated, please pick up after your pets waste. Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times, no exceptions.  Pet Fee - $75 per stay (one bedroom cottage) $90 per stay (two bedroom cotage

We do not allow agressive breed dogs.  THE USE OF PEE PADS IN COTTAGES IS NOT ALLOWED  - Please take your dog outside.

 

Reservation Policy
All room rates are based on "average capacity",  additional guests are $20 per person, per night, or $60 per person, per week.

 

A single-night stay requires full advance payment which is non-refundable.

Guests will be charged for the entire minimum night stay requirement for holiday weekends regardless of how many nights you can physically stay.

Cancelation Policy

For stays of 2–4 nights: If canceled within 14 days of arrival, a one‑night fee will be charged to the card on file.

For week‑long stays or holiday weekends: If canceled within 30 days of arrival, a half‑stay fee will apply. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, the full stay will be charged.

For last‑minute cancellations (within 48 hours of arrival): The full amount of your reservation will be charged.

Additional details:

• All cancellations include a $25 processing fee, regardless of timing.

• Cards with insufficient funds will incur a $25 NSF fee, and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

• No‑shows and early departures are charged in full.

• This policy does not apply to blocked cottages for large events — please call for details.
