Covid-19 Guidelines for RV Park & Cottages (Out of State Guests)

Covid-19 Guidelines & Procedures for Cottages

Our cottages are meticulously and methodically disinfected after each occupant by our trained staff.  Check in time may be changed daily because of this.  Please be patient as we do our best to meet your needs and to ensure that your stay with us is a safe one.  Cottages are disinfected according to CDC & VT Dept. of Health guidelines.

  • Reservations will be self check-in as much as possible.  You will be sent a map showing you instructions on how to get to your cottage via email along with your confirmation email.  If you have exhibited any signs or symptoms of an infection of any type, please call the office 802.475.2700.  A key, invoice  w/ WiFi information, pool rules and certificate of compliance form for you to sign will be left in the cottage for you on the date of your arrival.  You may go directly to your cottage without stopping at the office.  Please sign the form upon arrival and bring it to the drop box outside of the office door.

  • Payment is taken however you feel comfortable.  We will assume and charge the credit card during your stay that you used to guarantee the reservation unless you tell us otherwise.

  • Once you are here, we ask that you practice all social distancing guidelines set by the CDC.  If you need to come to the office for any reason, please use a face covering, if possible.  If you do not have a face covering, we will provide one for you.

Covid-19 Guidelines & Procedures for Swimming Pool & Rec Hall - 09/17/20 CLOSED FOR THE SEASON

Pool Hours - 10 am - dusk - hours are subject to change at the discretion of management

  • The pool will be closed until 10 am for testing, cleaning, and adding chemicals.

  • 15 people will be allowed in the pool area (decking around pool) at a time – given the size of our pool only 10 people will be allowed in the pool at one time to ensure social distancing can take place.

  • If you’ve been in the pool/pool area for a while and others are waiting, please consider giving someone else a turn.

  • The gate, handrails and other high touch areas will be disinfected every hour (during high use times) and a log kept of those times.

  • Please keep 6-8 feet distance from others (who are not family) while swimming. If you have small children, please make sure they are doing the same.

  • Swim time is limited to an hour during busy times to give others time at the pool.

  • Please do not allow children to get in and out of the pool – once they’re in, please keep them in the pool until they are done swimming.  This applies to teenagers also – no jumping in the pool.

  • Water toys or games (such as water volleyball, etc…) are not permitted into the pool until further notice.  Pool noodles are allowed for floating IF you always keep the pool noodle with you .

  • You’ll need to bring your own chair to the pool area with you.  Chairs and picnic tables will not be available at this time.  We will monitor this and will add chairs if we feel they can be disinfected after each use by the users.

  • Signs will be posted in the pool area as a reminder.

  • Do not use the pool if you have a cough, fever, or other symptoms of illness.
